History: 31 year old female with pain, swelling and deformity of her knee. Describe the pot in your own words.

The official description of the pot The pot shows an enlarged cavitating lesion in the left femur extending to the joint line. There is a pathological fracture. The lymph nodes are not involved and correlates with the radiological appearence.
